Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery then typically takes 5–10 business days depending on where you are in Australia. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.

Yes — we offer free standard shipping on every order, Australia-wide, with no minimum spend.

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags attached. See our Refund & Return Policy for the full details.

Yes — change-of-mind returns are welcome within 30 days, as long as the item is unworn with its tags still attached.

Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Return postage is the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns. If an item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return postage in full.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best. Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be changed.

Yes. Payments are processed securely through trusted providers, and your full card details are never stored on our site.

All sizes are listed in Australian sizing. Each product page carries its own measurements, and our size guide explains how to measure.

We photograph our pieces as accurately as possible, but slight variations can occur between screens and devices. If anything isn't as you expected, just contact us.
