We ship Australia-wide. Here's what to expect after you place your order with Clara & Josephine Toorak.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery times

Because some of our pieces are sourced from trusted overseas partners, delivery can take longer than a local order. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Australia-wide: 5–10 business days on average.
• During busy periods (sales, holidays) delivery may take a little longer.

We believe in being upfront: if an item is expected to take longer, we'll do our best to let you know at checkout or by email.

Shipping cost

We offer free standard shipping on every order, Australia-wide, with no minimum spend.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

Delays

Occasionally delivery may be delayed due to customs, weather or courier issues outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, please contact us and we'll help straight away.
