Our products

We sell women's clothing and accessories. We try to display colours and details as accurately as possible, but slight variations can occur between screens. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order — for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs. If we cannot fulfil your order, we'll notify you and provide a full refund.

Pricing & payment

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment providers.

Shipping & returns

Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

All content on this site (text, images, logos) is owned by or licensed to Clara & Josephine Toorak and may not be used without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Clara & Josephine Toorak is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
