Changed your mind? Return any unworn item with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

How to return

Email us with your order number and what you would like to return. We will send you the return address and instructions.

Return postage

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your cost. If an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, we cover it.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality.

What we cannot accept

For hygiene reasons, swimwear with the liner removed, earrings and intimates cannot be returned unless faulty.
